Its deff way too big for tiny little B3. A T25 would have been a pretty good choice though. The T3, on the other hand, should work pretty well with my BP...
It really depends on the trim. You're right... the T25 is perfect for a B3 or a B6. But the trim of the T3 really depends... if it's more than 45, which is probably is, then yes, too large for the B3. Turbos to try for a B3:

    T3 35-45 trim - ?????
    CT-12 Toyota - No idea
9B Mitsubishi - 3000GT VR-4, Stealth TT, and Mirage Turbos
    13G Mitsubishi - Automatic 1990-1994 DSMs
    T25 Garrett - 1995-1999 DSMs
    T15 Garrett - Hyundai Scoupe 1.5L Turbo
    14B - Standard 1990-1994 DSMs

9B is the smallest of that lot, and the TD05H-14B is the biggest.

Most of these will work for a B6 as well, but they'd be so zippy/small, that you'd be in boost far too early haha. Gun for a 13G/14B on a B6, Nate - if you can.

What about that TE04H you calculated for me in your turbo thread? A b3 might match up pretty nice to that one. They are easy to find, how many Dodge Turbovans have we all seen in the junkyards?

I was considering a T25 b/c i got it for free (yay!) but now the B6 is going in the trash and the BP is getting built... I haven't spent much time checking the maps for my T3, but its a .48 AR and I think it'll match to the BP pretty well... now that my new DD is on the road legally I'll be working on that soon.

the filter for the box was a challenge but nerd (aaron n) made do with what we had, as no place had 45 degree bends like we needed this is what we started with:

this was the finished product and it came out great, we just cut up the old plastic from the stock festiva air intake:

nerd (aaron n) messing with the filter, we wanted to make sure the turbo won't suck the foam and run the turbo, my comment was the filter ate the turbo!

we still have the whole interior to put in...

also the cat and the muffler need to be put on also. we are lowering the car and also transferring all the aspire breaks and hubs and knuckles from my old aspire over to the festiva.

I think it looks pretty interesting! I dont know why people just seem to lose interest or something.. or they are judgemental because it seems I barely get any comments on my page either... I know for sure this site is full of nice people, so lets keep the comments going people! =)
