well minus the hood the insert can be purshed from ford from a number of online sites for about $65 , The nice thing is the aftermarket hood follows the factory lines, its just raised so you could install the insert on a steel hood.
If you want to go with carbon fiber its going to jack the price WAY up, figure about $350 but I dont know if you can get one anymore. The original guy that made them for the old group buy sold a couple more on ebay so the mold is still out there.
