I've installed so far , a b6t and five speed KIA g series trans . Most of the ruff install work is done , all that's needed is the cut out for the radiator and the engine ( thinking flat black) will be removed and engine bay painted.

Not much work needed done on the outside or the interior lanemeyer14 did a great job with all that . I did change the bumper just little.

any thoughts on a name change for the car ? I'm thinking. ( shrek )

what are you doing for axles? Mfactory LSD with 26 spline swap?

Axles from the KIA fit ,there the same length as the xr2 half shaft and axle combined . They work fine I'm using stock clutch at the moment till I get it pulled back out to paint then I will move up to a stag one. That should hold this engine fine .. is anyone running the kgcm2 adjustable boost controller

Yeah, he's gonna make it! Sad I was never able to make it to madness with the hulk myself (or any meet for that matter). Hopefully my luck will change with the new festy. I'm hoping to build another festy myself when I move out of my apt. and get a house

so your using kia jack shaft with kia axles???? i thought for sure the bg mid shaft is longer then the xr2 jack shaft??? got any pics of it all lighned up? are you using aspire hubs? aspire control arms?

02 kia rio 5 speed trans with stock kia axels left and right no jack shaft both are full cv's he posted a thread on it.... we really owe him for the find it should make ff.com history.

This should be added to the swappable parts list for our cars. Hey shadetree, does the suspension and stuff look simular to our festivas suspension? Spindle, stuff like that? If the axles fit our spindles, then it would be cool for rio brakes and spindles to fit our cars.
