Well passed inspection and got the front tires put on . Turns out when I put the KIA trans in the reverse light sensor must not be working . Other then that all went well . Now off to tinker with a few kinks .

What location did you put the reverse sensor? for the longest time i thought the reverse sensor on the G series trans was at the shift linkage, the i found out it's actually the nuetral safety switch lol so i put my reverse sensor in the other spot towards the front and now i have my reverse lights working properly

Mine is toward the front bottom . Going to test it with meter and see if the sensor itself is the problem . And by that should tell me what's up ..

Yup that'd be the correct location (its the same for the KL trans and B series trans)

FWIW i used a stock festiva reverse sensor and plugged it right into the stock harness

Have about one hundred miles on it . Trying to get the correct spring set up and these stupid xtune gauges to stay on one color is a pain . I thought buying the seven color gauges I could set them to match the dash lights . Well the color is there but it doesn't tell you how to set it lol. Hope the seller gets back to me soon ..
