#1 I'm not qualified to do body work, my abilities are limited to screwdrivers, wrenches and pliers. Sanding, bondo and paint are beyond my reach currently.

#2 If it was 4x100 I have a decent set of 14s I could throw on there, but they would need new tires and since is pretty much a budget build a set of four 185/60s is pretty much out. But since its 4x114.3 I don't really have anything that would fit, except my 13s that came off of Babystiva when we bought it, but they are already mounted with 155/80s and scheduled to go on Chuck once the 12s wear out.

Sparky, battery looks good, tested this morning after a 24hr period and its showing 600 amps under load, for a battery rated at 625. Hopefully I'll get the seals and WP on at lunchtime, and I'll give you a call in a bit about the the flywheel surfacing.

Good lunch break today, front and rear mains are in, as well as the water pump and the lower timing cog. Just picked the flywheel up from the shop, and it looks great! Wife also just called and the clutch and TB are at the house, so that will likely be my project for lunchtime tomorrow. This thing may be done in under a week!

Very shiny indeed! Wish Rakfint was here, lol, he could probably take some neat pics of the car mirrored in the flywheel or something Not sure why they machined the outer surface too and not just the friction surface, but it looks great! Will be going on tomorrow around noon along with the clutch and TB. BTW, is Baron still wearing Lil Blu's old shoes?

Yes, indeed, the Baron has the same finery as before...I am astounded at how quick this has come together.

New rear tires are mounted, just got to get them up to the shop and balanced

Got the new clutch and TB loaded up in the MX6 to take with me over to dad's house at lunchtime tomorrow and install. Not much left to do at this point!

its a stepped flywheel, meaning the friction surface and pressure plate surface are different heights. The height relationship between the two surfaces is critical to pedal travel. So, whatever is removed from the friction surface must be removed from the pressure plate surface.

Timing belt in and front end put back together (alt will go back on once the engine is in).

                        Flywheel installed

                        Clutch installed

I'm realizing now that this probably should have been a build thread in the garage from the start lol.

Tires are balanced and in the trunk waiting for lunch time to head over to dad's. Not sure if I'll be starting the reinstallation of the motor today or not, but thats about all thats left at this point.

                            Tires are on

Then I tried to put the bolt back in the throwout fork on the trans, and it snapped. Not sure why, wasn't a whole lot of resistance, but it is just a 10mm (I think festies are 12s?). But anyway, I'll head back over with the easy out in the morning and replace it with a grade 10.9 . Then just drop the motor back in and done!

Man, I like that car. I might have to get one of those as a daily driver in the near future. It would be a great parts hauler.
                              Current cars:

1993 Ford Festiva 5-Speed - Festiclese III - Cousin of the Banhammer - "The Jalopnik Car"
                              1984 Toyota Cressida - 2JZGE Swap, Turbocharged.
2013 Mazda Mazda2 - Exhaust and Wheels (the daily)
                              2002 Toyota Tundra - V6/Auto/2WD - The Tow Vehicle.
