found this beast on craigslist for cheap.

smokes some, pukes oil onto the motor from somewhere. but drove home just fine. has pleanty of power. motor was suposedly rebuilt a few years ago but def has some issues.

cleaned up decent... tomorrow when i get off work i'll tinker with it and see if the engine problems are bad or not. kinda don't want to mess with it and just drop a b6 in.

its a carby 4 speed.
and so the festiva build begins...

the same, thats when it was dry. paints actually in great shape for an 89... moldings and decals are coming off tomorrow. bumpers will get painted this weekend along with the wheels. interior needs a deep clean. but i'm affraid its all gonna be for no good cause i think the motor is F$%ked.... smoke out of the dip stick and breather in air cleaner and out the oil cap..
