Looks plugged in oops . How much fuel is in the car ? The pump will draw the center of the gas tank dry if there is less then half tank and you stand on it .. Both of my turbo cars did the same thing . As for the relay click I'm really not sure on that one ,go back over your grounds and make sure there clean . There very needy on good grounds . Is there a ck engine light or anything ?New build on the way .Comment

no check engine light but it is low on fuel so i will try that. ill go over the grounds tomorrow. does anyone know what that sensor does. i want to figure out why it is clicking.93 Festiva L White B6T

bottom line gos to the black charcoal canister for the gas tank you don't really need it but don't hurt to have it hooked up ether, I took my canister out for a cleaner lookComment

put fuel in the car today and took it for another test drive. Holy crap what a diffrence it made. no more cutting out. I dont think i have ever driven anything this fast. it scares me. needs some good tires and a fresh inspection and im ready to go. im going to try to get a driving video soon and get some pictures of the finished product. going to put the oil pressure gauge in tomorrow.93 Festiva L White B6T
