    Rustoleum FTW!

    Laquer has a better shine, but is softer than enamel. Go with the Rustoleum.

    The problem I kept having was that I would mix the bondo then apply a little to the area. Then I would want to apply more but it would already have hardened.

    I hope you can match that funky Forrest green color. There's a rustoleum shade called Hunter green. It's pretty closed. Go with the top of the line Rustoleum...IIRC it's called "Industrial".
