  • Clutch pedal switch

I just got a clutch pedal assembly from a junkyard and I believe that the top switch isn't working because I cannot feel it "click" and the "button" part does not come all the way out. My questions are 1 what is is called? 2 where can I get one? And 3 do I really need it? Thanks for the help Guy's!

Input on this terminal to the computer changes idle speed, shuts off some emission
circuits like cannister purge and adjusts timing for cleanest emission at idle. It works
in conjunction with other inputs like the TPS.
