  • I like the idea of the cluster wrapped. It could look really good. If you did your wheels with it, and your tach cluster, I think that would be enough to set it off.

Bert, the string starter was talking about unconventional ways of paint/color choice while waiting on the engine. Just pointing out how I did something odd.

Yes but he did take it really easy on it also and he only had the turbo on it for like 3 months

Having a solvent tank is well worth it.

What do you think your MPG will be after these mods?

                        • Is the current one he is referencing at 100hp/L boosted?
Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.

                            • The mpg at 38-40 is without the turbo. so he is at 112 whp.

Im workin on it but still have alot to do just picked up the block yesterday so i have to go through everything and clean it thoroughly to get any remaining metal shavings out. Then i need to get everything painted. then have to go through the blueprinting process, i have never done the blueprinting part so will be new to me and i will set up my gopro and put it on auto pics so you guys can see what i have to do. And if im doing it right....:nightmare:

                              • you do understand that blueprinting is just an extensive measurement and matching method. the better the measurement tools and more consistant the method, the better the results.
