    • No video of how it sounds now with the resonator?

Love that shift knob. Very sporty looking!

        • Well got my 500 miles done.... been taking it to redline here and there, this thing runs awesome. Still have some tuning on the carb to do but my 02 sensor died so have one on order, once its in can continue tuning and then find a dyno to get it on.

          • NICE. Really need a vid of you taking it to redline. I want to hear that thing sing!

              • Here is an acceleration video, i took it to redline @ 6000 each shift im thinking im prob better off shifting around 5500, also still waiting on my o2 sensor so still havent been able to dial in the carb yet. Took it up to 65 mph kinda hard to see the numbers.

                • Sounds good man! It does seem like it might be laking a little bit up high, which with a good carb tune should take care of. ( or switch to EFI )

All that fancy headwork and valve train and you're only revving to 6k? I figured it'd pull to at least 7500.

                    • well matt said he built my cam so i didnt have to wrap it out for all my power... and a while back he said i should shift around 5700 so i think he was pretty damn close, im thinking around 5500 and that will put my next gear right in the good torque also. But i think part of my prob is right before my o2 went out... it was showing lean when i opened the second barrel, so i think i need to go up a jet on the secondary.

                      • It will pull that high but pointless... he built the cam so it was still streetable and dont have to go rev crazy to have power.

                        • Its got so much more power now, when i drove it up to go snowboarding it went up the hills easy now... no more downshifting and hoping you can keep it at 40 to 50 mph..lol i was able to hold 60 -70 with no problem.

                          • Thats awesome to hear! I know I had to downshift sometimes to maintian speed on some of the steeper hills.

                            • Every time i used to hit a steep hill it was like downshift and then if it was long downshift again to 3rd.... now i can power right through the hill likes its nothing.
