        Don't know if 'complete' is quite the right word; that would imply that it's not going to rust any more.
        You can slow rust down and you can replace the metal that has already turned to rust but as long as there's oxygen in our air and ferrous metals in our cars rust will happen.

        Look on the bright side. Your car is a little bit lighter than it was before; nature is increasing your power to weight ratio and fuel economy at the same time. As long as your lower rad support and your rear axle mounts are not rotting away you have little to worry about.
