Oil pan re installed bung clearanced to fit. Putting on the oil pan gasket was one of the hardest things ive had to do in my life lol. I am hoping it seals correctly. I snapped a Russell hose fitting in half. 20 dollars down the drain. i also got the water lines ran. One is a little long but it will be ok.

Not too much longer. I am short on time. Ill get started doing something then the baby needs something. All i have left is running the oil lines, reconnecting the throttle body and getting this stuck plug out for the o2 sensor. Hopefully have a Startup video by next Saturday.

So i plan on running the oil line tonight. Would it be a good idea to prime the lines to make sure the turbo is getting oil by cranking it over for a bit with out starting it with the drain unplugged and watching for oil to come out? Same question for the coolant lines to it.

Wow running the an10 line is tough. Its a lot less flexible than it looks.

I always though it'd look slick to run copper refrigerant piping for an oil feed line. One thing my buddy always does with his turbo cars is put a quart of diesel in the crankcase oil a couple days before an oil change. It helps get deposits out and helps thin the oil for draining. He said he'd much rather have a little residual diesel left over, than a little residual dirty oil.

Make sure you have the appropriate choke on the oil feed line to the turbo. That's a big deal. I think 9b turbos have them built in. But go ahead and prime it. No reason not to check for obstructions

No updates. I can't work on it but I miss driving it so much. Every time I try to start doing something the baby screams at me lol. Eventually I'll finish.

                      I hope....

So progress. Got the oil drain ran finally and started mocking stuff up.

Not the cleanest set-up but hey its my first time.

Huge problem. The spark plug on the. 4th cylinder? (closest to dizzy) will only go half way in then it stops. I've tried switching spark plugs in case one was damaged. Any ideas what this could be. Will I have to tap it out?

Ok I got the spark plug hole tapped out. Thanks bravekozak. Next question. What do I do with the line that used to run into the intake.
