Weber DGEVs are more expensive and more finicky to tune than Escort carbs.
Go on the bay and get a cheap rebuilt Escort carb.
In either case, you will need an adapter or take your intake manifold and the carb base gasket to a machine shop for a little aluminum welding, facing, drilling and tapping. Use the search engine to see what other members have done.Last edited by bravekozak; 02-03-2014, 10:07 PM. -

I stand by my comment based on the number of threads with members who have Weber tuning issues. I had a Weber on my 89 and didn't have any problems either.
Now, I am well pleased with my twins Mikunis. No problemos with them either.
