So you used both passenger and driver side cv shafts?

            • Identical in length (no intermediate shaft) and girth to aspire axles, except for the knuckles (bigger) and spline count (for it to work with the transmission).

                • Here's my replacement for the stock fusible links.

I dont have any pics of my assembling it due to time constraints but Ill awnser any questions people have.

The unit itself is a "power distribution block". You can get these from stores that sell audio equipment for cars or audio equipment in general but this is meant to be an underhood unit. My friend ran one in his B16 Honda Crx for two years without issue.

Im using 6 gauge amp wire, seems about as big as you can go to fit into the unit so thats what I used to come off the positive cable from the battery.

Strip the wires, I used four 4 gauge eyelet connectors for batteries, amps, they look like this:

I crimped two of the wires into one connector and crimped the one I was using for the 80 amp fuse (80 amp for BP alt) on its own, cut and stripped the positive wire so the starter has its own connector, and bolted all the eyelets together with a 10mm bolt.

The wires that these fuses feed I just stripped and clamped them into the unit.
