    I own a 1996 ford festiva glxi

I have plans on doing some pretty serious modifications to it. I want to install a larger engine but at the same time install a turbo in it. How big of an engine can i get while still being able to have a turbo?

I also want to be a little more creative and convert the festiva in to a rwd. Is this possible/has anyone done it before?

I get doing it is going to be costly, I'm looking for a can do attitude hahaha 😂
I'm seriously contemplating making it a sleeper because why not hahaha

Rwd has been done . Bp 1.8 With turbo is most common "Larger engine " but there even been v6 turbo in a festiva. Not sure if your Australian festiva in 96 was an aspire or not or of it where obd2 but that may make things a bit harder.
These cars are fairly quick without much hp because there light. they're even faster with the proper suspension.

Not sure honestly, I've had the car for about 8 months and it's only recently I've started to really look at it with some appreciation and desire to make it perform better.

Thanks for confirmation that it's possible, I'll start with the information you've given me
