hey guys me and a few friends went out this weekend and i took the festiva out and had a few good races, some were cought on video i am trying to get the guys took the vids to get them to me asap.
first race of the night was a Sentra SER with a 260 hp maxima/altima 3.5 v6 in it he went to the track and ran a 13.8 we raced 3 times all 3 times my little festiva came out on top even with my no traction issue, i will try and get vids when i talk to the guy with the ser again.
next race was a older SS monte carlo , that wasnt even a race it wasnt on video but id say i was out from by a few buses...lol even with a passenger
next race was a s2000 with a 75 shot beat him im pretty sure it was caught on video
the last race of the night was a new RSX with a turbo added.. we went out on the interstate and raced from a roll 6 times ranging from a 5 mph roll to a 30 mph roll, he only wanted to race from a roll becasue he said he has no traction..lol i have a lot less than he did and thise was caught on video.. there were about 10 follow cars and all of them said we were outa site when therye were at 110mph, yeah i know those speeds are very dangerous in a festiva. id say we hit about 135mph. but im sure you can tell in the videos i won by about an 1/8 mile no joke it was pretty bad. the guy wanted to race for some money to.. i should have but from what i had heard this car was fast.. soposed to be alot faster than my little car. but he was cool about it even though he lost by an 1/8th mile.
