B8 times

Guy`s what do you think, how fast is the b8 engine in Festy. It has 103hp-stock, with exhaust, lighter flywheel and CAI could have more than 110hp. So what are the times for 1/4 ando 0-60?? What do you think

more like a 15.3...when i had mine in before the move to cali i raced my friends focus zts2.2 duratec, and outran him by 3-4 cars. Car and driver puts that car at a 16.1, i ran my g-tech on it..16.14. My car has the stock festiva trans, b8 motor, dohc throttle body, k-code probe VAF, 11lb flywheel, stock header, 2" exhaust, custom intake. msd coil and wires..basics.

Then the day before the move i raced a 07 lexus is250 which is a rated 15.3 by C&D, he had fujita intake and greddy cat back exhaust, hung right next to him with my hoosier slicks on beat him by a car. Out ran my buddies 383 stroker elcamino in second gear, flat left him in the dirt.period.

Right now on ebay there are h0beam rods for 245, 9.5 comp. nippon pistons for 199. Put those two together with 20 thousands off of an oem head, which is also on ebay right now, with a reground cam. You could run in the 14's easy!
