So is the Z car bolt pattern the same as the aspire or the festiva?
Festiva. The offset in different because a Z car is rear wheel drive. The tires stick out a little but who cares it only a track car. I can fit alot wider tire with them. Im going to try to save up for the Nitto NT01 in a 205/55/14. Those should do the trick.

Actualy Jim payed $150 for the car and he will get the 5speed back when I get my Aspire trans. I got the car about $150 less than Jim gave for it. It will be fun and Jim WILL get to ride in it.
Looking good Bob!! Glad to see the progress. You have been a busy guy.
Nice car. I paid 5X that much for Rustiva! There is a lot of valuable info for the forum on disassembling and identifying things. Hope you took lots of pix. And I gotta ask, how does the sling-shot play into all of this? <grin>
The kids like to help work on it and they bring there own tools
150!?! You STOLE IT!!!! That thing is CLEAN!!!! I would pay 1k for that here even if the motor was blown!

Well Ive been real busy latey with work so I havny done much to the car. I did get the interior gutted and the A/C out. The 1.6 is almost ready to go in but I just want to get the cam and flywheel before I install it. Im still waiting for my sponser to get me an Aspire swap. Its a good thing there is only one more AutoX that I will miss this season. I will have the car ready for the next season thats for sure.
