Damkid, if you do the simple bolt ons for the ZE you will be in the 12's! I ran 14.20@96mph in a 2900lb probe with a bolted ZE, so you should be seeing 12's with some drag radials!!!
I was hoping to see more drag action on this site when I joined, because I know there are a lot of fast swapped stiva's out there.
^^so far my best ET was 14.7 @ 96 mph with a 60 ft time of 2.4/2.5, my ZE is running very rich which I'm hoping to fix this week and like you said, with some slicks and a lot better 60ft time, my time can get a lot lower
I also managed to get my car weighed on the weekend and with me in it and 2/3 tank of gas the total weight was 2260lbs, I weigh roughly 150 Lbs so my festiva would be right around 2110lbs

wow that's a heavy festy! not surprised though with the KL. If you ran slicks, your car would probably hit about a 1.7-1.8 60' and that alone would put you real close to the 12's.
^^my thoughts exactly, I'm hoping to get my car running properly and get slicks on it this year so I can see what it will actually do naturally aspirated, just a matter of time and money

1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?
