I'll be back in action soon, and it's just starting to get cool (better season for racing) here. I'll be running all winter....Tracks here are year around
i cant wait to get my car running and get back to the track its been 3 months from the last time i drove my car its been to long... with my new standalone and some slicks i can set the record for fastest N/A bp with no nos...
I think there will be a lot of 1/4 action here from everyone next season. Lots of us are working the bugs out of swaps and upgrading. I'll have my ms and larger t-charger installed by spring.
^^my thoughts exactly, I'm hoping to get my car running properly and get slicks on it this year so I can see what it will actually do naturally aspirated, just a matter of time and money
^^so far my best ET was 14.7 @ 96 mph with a 60 ft time of 2.4/2.5, my ZE is running very rich which I'm hoping to fix this week and like you said, with some slicks and a lot better 60ft time, my time can get a lot lower
I also managed to get my car weighed on the weekend and with me in it and 2/3 tank of gas the total weight was 2260lbs, I weigh roughly 150 Lbs so my festiva would be right around 2110lbs
wow that's a heavy festy! not surprised though with the KL. If you ran slicks, your car would probably hit about a 1.7-1.8 60' and that alone would put you real close to the 12's.
