b8 1/4 mile times

Has anyone ran a pass with a b8 swap? 16v or 8v? Noticed that all the "offcial list" are b6t, bp's, with the one oddball b6 with Nitrous.

My car doesn't feel terribly fast, but not terribly slow either lol. I would assume high 15s maybe?

I'll be getting my car (b8 16v, exhaust and intake) to the local strip within a few weeks. Not really chasing a certain number really, just curious. My build is more catered to the corners .

I did some passes with my b8.....14.02 @ 99 mph. Was my best quarter mile. Full interior, ac, street tires, 10 lbs of boost

I'd say high 15's sounds about right....depending on your 60' times. I will be interested to see how your B8 does as well.

Thats what it feels like lol. I'll soon have an official time myself. Auto-x this weekend, then the drag strip next weekend. :p
