hmmm... ran the numbers on those <10 second times... if the car was anywhere near stock weight it would require close to 400HP to put down those numbers... somehow I doubt a B6T was putting out 400 to the wheels, even highly modified
    No festiva for me ATM...

gt28rs at 21 psi. if its tuned, and has some internal work i have no problem saying a b6t could get 400 hp (specially with a 100 shot of nos). The transmission is another story though....

Every car I have owned has had a turbo in it, until I bought this latest festiva.. I plan to fix that though.

I think I will get close to 300 whp. with the gt28rs and a good tune,if the tranny holds then we are adding a 50 shot..mid to high 11's will do for this year...I too think a b6t will see 400 hp on a stock bottom end,I don't know if it will hold long though....

Those top 3 times are garbage. Other than the obvious fakeness of the first 2, AEM was not making an engine management system to control the BP engines in 2004, nor did they offer a universal system at that time.

The third one is also BS, lets see...a domed turbo pistons-strike one. A Miata ECU at 18 psi-strike two. 10.1@ 135 on drag radials??? seriously...BS

Looks like wes has the legit high score on drag times.

Ian, I wasn't really doubting the 400 to the crank, but 400 to the wheels? that doesn't seem likely

                    Car Make: Ford
                    Car Model: Festiva
                    Car Type: BS
                    Car Year: 1988
                    Driver: Steve Poindexter

is there such a thing as a BS festiva? and his name sounds like bs too, like some douche was probably just making somethin up.

but i calculated the horsepower required to get that time, and with a 1800 pound car it would only take 395hp at the fly

i think someone may have made up the #2 time to show the BS of the #1 time. only differences are model and last name.

OK Kyle, I just posted my track car up there, it was however raced by the previous owner.

It has been modded even more for the track and I still run it today, It only has 37,000K on it still!
