I went to visit my cousin 1.5 hour drive...He told one of the guys working next door that my car was fast and the guy did not look so convince.So my cousin told me to take him for a spin,I went on the main got on it a little bit and when I hit speed limit I let off..I was driving slowly looking to turn around when I heard a blow off valve, It was an eclipse 95' ish..I down shifted and gave him some noise too.Guy looks over and down shifts, I told him to follow me to the back roads and he did...We turn into a bad road and stopped to see how it was going to be, Since we both had street tires, I told him you want to go from a roll?
He said nah, lets go from a stop, So I said ok..SO its on, He left me by like 1 car on first gear, My car was bouncing from all those holes on the road so traction was an issue, I shifted to 2nd earlie and caught him by the middle. When I shifted to third I had about 1 1/2 cars on him and kept going to middle of 4th leaving him in the dust.
So we hit a nicer road and lined up again, This time I left him since first gear and he let off by around 3rd so I let off too, I was way ahead of him..
On our way back to town we catch a light and he asked me what I had in there.I told him 1.6 turbo from a Mazda. He didnt know anything about it, I asked is that a gst?
He said no its a gsx, I said to myself no wonder you wanted to go from a dig.... :shock:
