Recent updates to the rules

recently it was brought to my attention that the criteria for judging FOTM was not posted in the rules, so i have added them in the rules

Since i've taken over FOTM judging has been based on the story behind the festiva/aspire so each member has a fair chance at winning.

for example Maxtiva's car, if the finished product was a stock appearance, the story of the ressurection of his car obviously was the best story that month, therefore he won, even if it would have been a finished stock appearance

I apologize for not having made this clear in the past, which is the point of this thread
