I'm adding an entry. This is Oliver (project B6Tiva). Started out as a stock festiva and now has a B6D from a 1993 Mercury Capri. You can see the transformation in the N/A swap section. Right now the ole' girl has a 6speaker CD/MP3 stereo complete with Sirius Satellite radio. I also added a few more gauges so I know what the new motor is doing. She runs pretty good, and I can't wait to finish the project. Still on the way are a turbo, seats, cage, glass and a suspension/brakes transformation. Thanks for looking.

The new power plant after about 2Kmiles.

When i was 16 years old my parents had a 1988 festiva L 4 speed, and a parts car which was a 1990 Lx. When i did get my license a year later me being young and stupid i wrecked the 88' and the 90' LX got fixed to become the new daily driver. once i was able to afford my own insurance the 90 LX became mine (Freshtiva - you may recognize the drivers fender)

After a year of driving the 90 LX the motor basically died on me so as i was pricing out a new engine, my parents took it upon themselves to buy me my Green 93L, all i had to re-pay them was what i was willing to pay for the price of a new engine, these pics were taken shortly before it was given to me

Not long after i got the car i removed the factory decals and put my own on, i found a set of rims for it, made some custom clear taillights for it, and some other various cosmetic changes to it and this is what i came up with

This was the first decent stereo i had in it, 2 12' MTX's that hit 138 DB

But then i upgraded to this, 2 15" solo barics that hit 143 DB

then i found a spoiler and made a custom hood

And a 180 kph tach cluster (no tach clusters were available in canada) and it works well

i had accidently broken my custom taillights so i found a set of kia pride taillights

Later i joined FF.com (the best thing i've done with festivas to this day) and i learned what performance upgrades i could do, so i started with the aspire swap (which i had to lose the wheels i had)

And next was a BP swap which made this car do 16.0 in the 1/4 mile with a slipping clutch and terrible stock suspension

Along the way i picked up a set of wheels for the aspire bolt pattern and the only current pics i have of my green festiva are with my new to me B6T festiva

So this is the story of how i came to own and upgrade my green 93 L BP festiva

        1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
        1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?
