Hmmm. Getting to be about time I threw one into the mix. Is there a theme for this month, or is it anything goes?

Dumb thieves go to prison, smart ones go to work for the Government.

          1991 L 5 speed

I got this car through a buddy of mine it was a total pile.He purchased it to do a B8-me swap that i talked him out of it and eventually ended up obtaining the car from him with alot of haggling back and forth I got it for 500.00 SO i brought it home! It's had a rough life possibly been a previous swap car at one point in the past It used to have a tach and pillar gauges as evidenced by drilled holes in the pillar and dash would be interesting to know its history. It feels awfull quick for a 62 h/p motor so who knows what has been done internal. got a few "kills" under it's belt havent been outran yet absolute blast to drive and loves to be drove hard

          Current Mods
2" full exhaust w/no cat and "fart can"
          CAI with Cone air filter,
          syntheic oil
bumped timing, indexed and back clipped NGK plugs
Fully Gutted( read there is nothing but a dash and one seat)
          jacobs wires
          single race seat
          5 gallon fuel cell
          relocated battery
          torque strap
          larger fuel pump,and lines
          30 shot of spray
          Shifter linkage modded
          APC civic short shifter
          20.5/7/13 Hoosier slicks

          Future plans
          B8 swap (CURRENTLY IN PROGRESS)
          civic springs
          more drag related suspension mods

          best ET to date
          10.23@68 1/8th mile (street tires)

still gets 40+ mpg drool Cant wait to get the B8 in and running hopefully break into the high 8's with a little work and determination i've enjoyed every minute put into this car so far and hope to continue to for a long time

                89 lx

89 lx atx w/ac bought for 300 dollars with 223 on odometer all original except passenger side front fender. I found this car it had been sitting ten years in guys back yard. NC inspectin sticker said last inspection was 2000. He was just gonna let it rot. I talked him into selling it to me. Now it is my everyday driver... lol

I would like to enter mine!

This is my new 91' Festiva, 5-speed. I like it a lot! (Could someone tell me how to get medium sized photos posted from photobucket, as I seem to only be able to go HUGE or tiny, lol)
