Calling owner of Yellow Festiva by Washington State Roadside

Does anybody in FF.com know the owner of a yellow Ford Festiva by the side of Chico Rd. in Bremerton, WA. I passed by it last month and talked to an older man and he said its not for sale.

If you know who he is and he changes his mind. Tell him I am very interested.
