i was at a stop sign today and this old lady pulled up beside me and said, i dont care if im blocking traffic, is that an aspire?

i said yes,

she said thats a collectors item dont get rid of it.
they replaced them with the focus and her dad is a collector.
and again she said DONT EVER GET RID OF IT!!! lol.

thought that was kinda funny and i had to laugh and figured id share.

I had some guy today coming the other way in a Festiva almost hanging out his window giving me thumbs up and waving. I thought thats funny.......................I wonder if hes on the board? I didn't reconize him.

I always hang my head out of the window and give two thumbs up when I see another festiva. I have to drive with my knee. Then I scream at the top of my lungs

I always wave, honk, flash lights, etc. to other Festivas. I get a lot of weird looks and a few waves.

I haven't gotten to many waves back when I see another Festy. Aspire people just look at me kinda weird-like, wondering why I'm waving at them.
When I drive my '69 VW fastback...I get LOTS of waves, smiles, etc.
