I think most people believe a meet is a lot of work!
It is, if it is a formal affair.
But most of us are happy to bring food, or a grill, drinks etc.
Even that isn't necessary!
Just name a place, a date and time and who ever shows up does!
Might be nice to have it located geographically so more people are near, by but not necessary!
Or my other preference locate a person who need festy work and organize a meet at their place!

I said kingston thats in Ontario Canada right across the pond. About 2 hours from New york and right between Ottawa and Toronto. It is a good meeting place.Comment
