        I had an 89 L with Daytime Running Lights.
        1996 Aspire, 2DR 5SPD 185 60 14, Aluminum rims, Mild Stereo system, some neon tubes, 185 000 km not a speck of rust runs like a champ
        B8-ME Swap COMPLETED.

          I was wondering if my 89L has them?????(it came from Canada) Did all Canadian cars have them?

            DRLs became law in Canada starting in 1986, so all Festies here have them.

            EDIT: Oops, my bad, they were available from 86, but became law in 1990.
