The neighbors down a few doors recently went shopping for a handicap accessable van. They found a '71 VW bus with 23,000 miles on it 
Apparently the previous owner bought it, used it for about a year, then parked it in a barn. It's still got "new car smell"! I had a Bently shop manual that covers that year - gave it to them
Oh, and it's got a gas heater and air conditioning, both of which work.
