Tach clusteres can be found on Ebay or check local junk yards. The white faced one came in 90 Festivas. You could also place a want add in the FS section for one. I doubt Ford would be able to get one anymore and it would be expensive. White ones that read KPH are harder to find. Although if you don't mind one with orange letters Festiva Motorsport sells them that read in KPH.
