usernames and real names

I just saw a post in the sunroof topic that reminded me of the race club forum that I used to moderate. I started a thread where people that didn't want to remain anonymous (especially since we are just for fun, CORRECT?) could post their real names in the post. It allowed everyone to get to know everyone else as well as keep some of the complaining down (not that there is much of that here).
