Well I made a deal on my next festiva(s). :headbang: I called on a black LX hoping to get it cheap for parts. It turns out it is running and has a title. The guy has 2 others. We made a deal for all 3 for $1000. I'm going in on them with my buddy Rick (he is oneeyepizzaguy here) He did the first b6 swap I've ever heard of about 8 or 10 years ago. I was going to BP-T swap my 15th festiva, but since it is a carbed car I decided to look for a non running (cheap) efi car. One of the 3 new ones is an 89 automatic (efi). So I will be selling the 89 5 speed as soon as I resolve the starving for fuel problem....
Rick is leading the charge on my BP-T swap. I am trading him my old GMC truck for the engine, harness, computer, turbo, intercooler, labor and garage time. I will supply a trans. He's going to drive the newest LX from this 3 festiva score. If I get the title on the 3rd festiva (89 L) We will fix and sell it. Rick is also rebuilding his original B6 car with a turbo. All I want in the whole festiva world is a stock 5 efi speed with air, and a fire breathing BP-T festiva!! :twisted: Updates to follow.
