  • 87' Festiva in the USA?

In my search for some tiva parts I found one man with some. He says.. he has a 1987 Ford Festiva? To my knowledge Festivas were sold 88+ and a few in Cali in 87? Are the 87's identical to the 88's?

Festy's showed up in Canada in '87, primarily in major centers like Vancouver and Toronto. California? Sure, why not?

The first 88s would have been sold in late '87 with a 87' mfg date.

Think about how cars are marketed, '08s are already starting to be advertised.

The parts car I got an interior out of had an '87 date on the door tag. Nicest interior I'd seen in the oldest festiva I'd ever seen.

The Batstiva was manufactured in March, 1987. Sold as an '88 I believe.
