First, Love that NSU Prinz! My brother and I went to Carlisle a few years back and NSU was the feature car; there were 4 there, which is a realllly large gathering of those! Very cool cars!
as for that strange-o looking van....it's european, and the emblem on the grille sorta looks like an old version of the Vauxhall "lightning bolt" ....but my guess is a trabant, since they made a van too, and it's not very pretty.If it has boobs or wheels, sooner or later you're going to have trouble with it.
