    Mann.. what do you guys do for gaskets? I priced out a gasket set for my B6 today and its almost $200.. and thats employee price.. its over 300 list price. :? :shock:

      ^^ are those those noname ones? I was just looking at those.. are they decent quality? And did the set come with an oilpan gasket? cause there isnt one pictured

        I just paid about $300 from NAPA for (1.3L) upper and lower gasket sets incuding T-belt, T-blet cover gasket and tensioner. Everything was there, plus some. Online, NAPA has a complete rebiuld set listed...considerably cheaper.

          on my bp i got a gasket kit priced at 450 bucks :shock:

            Is your oil pan gasket leaking ? If not, I wouldnt mess with it.

              jisengine.com is the one of the higher qualty cheaper places that i shop at. I think i got all my bearings, rings, freeze plugs, gaskets for 115 for a bp01

                cheapo e-bay one here, gaskets4less iirc, had the oil pan gasket, all seals, top end gaskets including valve stem seals. It didn't have a TB gasket or gasket for between the top and botom sections of the intake, but i think thats all it was missing. Did the job for me!
