  • Anyone recognize these components?

If you look at the pics, there are two pieces that I do not recognize in the engine compartment. On the passenger side, near the firewall, are what looks like vacuum components, or ???

Just curious, as I've never seen them before.

Other than the high mileage, and the not so neat paint job, this car looks decent. Too far for me, but you never know; If the $$ does not go too high, I just might go after it. That'll make my wife real happy :angryfire:

    Cheers,

    Scott

The sticker on the back says GL. I didn't think they made those in '90, plus it has black bumpers. The door panels are tan like they're an upgrade from another car. It has the white tach cluster. Is it maybe an L plus that someone has re-labeled?

I noticed that there seems to be a number of different parts on it, but then so is my car!

Stefan, you're a Festiva genius! It looked like the molding was missing before, but that's definitely the thin monochrome GL molding. That would explain the door panels as well. I wonder if those are the elusive stock white steelies.

Thanks, gang... I knew I could count on the experts, to answer my question.

I'll sleep better, knowing the answer!

Cruise control, eh? My lead foot could probably benefit from that!

                        Cheers,
