Nice looking festiva you got. I’m fairly new here myself. But thought I’d welcome ya!
im sure enjoying mine just building it up so far.
And there’s lots of good people here with a lot of knowledge and experience with these cars.

Oh ya one thing I forgot, thought might help ya if you do still want to fix your headlight. I looked into It a little bit myself. By searching on Google like, “fix a rusty headlight”.. or “headlight rusty inside”..
if your a DIY kinda guy, it shouldn’t be too difficult.

I was able to find an 89 Festiva down at one of my local Pick N pulls and was able to source a driver side headlight.. first warm day we've had in a while so I'm working on the steelies.
