Fiberglass Roll Pan

I have this idea to do a smooth fibreglass roll pan type bumper with a small VW style bumper. Anybody try anything like this?

Have you ever seen how ugly Festivas are without bumpers?
It looks like a lot of hard work.
Make sure you wear a respirator with filters for organic solvents suck as ketones.
I have not seen any bumper mods on this site.
