Hey guys I’m new to your site.I have been following for a while now reading different posts which have been very helpful in the past. I have owned four different festivals in the past 10 years and currently have my latest project a 1990 I picked up on its way to the scrap yard. The owner said it had a bad engine but the body on this thing was to good to pass up so I bought it on site and took it home. I confirmed the bad engine and decided to replace the engine with one that only had 53000 on it I acquired a few years back.So after a quick engine swap I had it up and running and driving. Here is where things get strange. After driving it daily for about a month with no issues,I came out one morning and the car wouldn’t start. The engine would crank but wouldn’t start. Not having time to look at it I drove my truck to work and would look at it when I returned from work. This is what I have done so far.confirmed it had fuel, confirmed it had spark.sprayed a shot of starting fluid in the throttle body and it fired instantly. Assuming it was a faulty fuel pump I replaced it with a new one and still same problem.checked fuses under hood on shock tower and all are good.At this point I checked for power at new fuel pump and had none.assumed a faulty fuel pump relay was the culprit so I ordered a new one and installed and it still didn’t fix the problem. Pump does not run when key is in the on position.also checked the safety shut off valve on rear shock tower under the speaker.I can jump the fuel pump relay and can hear the fuel pump kick on but the car still won’t start any ideas or is there something I am missing
