        Hey Fox, the B6 swap isn't that difficult. I did it!

        I really like the early hatchback Prisms. I think they were only made in 1989 though. One of the few cars I like a rear spoiler on!

        All right, Corolla/Prism folks, I know the later Prisms had all aluminum block and head 1. 8L engines. Are these able to go into the early Prisms?

        130 or 140 hp in an early, LIGHTWEIGHT Prism would be great!

              If you want a fast Prisms, look for the GSI model.. they came out from 90 to 92. They have the 4AGE 130hp like the picture above.. This Geo Prism GSI are pretty rare also as they came out in limited edition..

                        My friend and i were lucky to find 2 of those GSI's from the same owner who works at the toyota plant here in norcal. we bought both of his GSI's for $1000.. and we gutted both cars..

                              The 1.8L aluminum block that comes in newer corollas isn't a great engine. Most people I've seen just take it out and go for the 1.6L 4AGE like in my MR2. The Prism GSi was special because it had a special version of the 4AGE: the smallport. This engine had alot more potential than the largeports that came in old school corollas and MR2s.

                                i got a 99 prizm/corolla so i got the not so great all aluminum engine so far im liking it tho........... and them some alloy rims????? wow nice!
