I believe that he's looking for information on 15" wheels and tires. Tires are referred to with the prefix "pneus" (pneu--->pneumatic--->air filled) in some languages, particularly latin based ones. "Ring" could be a loose translation of "rim."

So, who can help this guy out? I don't know much about 15s and Festivas.

98-02 nissan sentra 15x6 with stock festiva bolt patern (steel and alloy available)

For wheels look for a 15"x 6" wheel with a 38mm offset. And use 195/45/15 tires.

On my festi I use 15x6½ RTX Falcon 38 mm offset with Kumho ECSTA Supra 712 195/45R15. On the back I use coil spring spreader (to prevent rubbing and to make it harder) and 1/4" spacer. I also have KYB GR-2 front & rear strut and FMS coil spring drop 35 mm. I did not have any problems or rubbing.
