A couple of years ago I delt with a guy from TN on e-bay....bought an ISC...he claimed he had a farm of them but would disclose any more info...I spoke to him on the phone and said he was banned form e-bay for a while because he posted online and sold off line...he was not much of a computer guy, his daughter posted for him....Was a good deal. I have his address buried some where...will dig it out tonight and try to contact him. See if we will let me post his Info.

If he really wanted to drive those that dont have titles he could get a bonded title. After X amount of time the state would send a clear title. I think they do it to make sure it isnt stolen or anything. Well at least thats what they do here in Georgia. Theres a guy up near Otsego, Michigan that has a bunch like that as well as Fiestas. Difference is you can see them from US131.

if he even had a title for say a green festiva, he could potentially use that same title for 10 different green festivas, with little worry of getting caught, because i don't know how things work in the US but here in Ontario, police NEVER check the VIN on the car to make sure it matches the title

i mean not that i would do anything like that *rolling eyes*
