Keep an eye on it - Most probably will be re-listed! Most time I seen somebody overpay, it winds-up being re-listed.

Something tell me there's alcohol involved in those bids.

6 grand for a metro???? And I thought 3500 was bad for a 93 festiva last year.

Gas mileage? Maybe someone really wanted the car. It's no uncommon for people to go nuts over something they really want.

I wonder what it sold for new in 1994. It is ridiculously clean, (Like it was owned by someone resembling a Bizzarro Freshtiva) but no Metro is worth 6 grand.

I paid $5999 cash for mine with less than 1 mile on it in 93, no ac, but ac was free, I didn't get it cuz I was afraid of it slowing me down

yesterday it was at about 3k. then within the last hour i saw it go from like 3500 all the way to the insane 6k winning bid.

i know that xfi's with a/c were rare. i had previously thought that wasnt even an option on an xfi. but i was amazed at how high it got. that ebayer seller had to be one happy dude.

if the buyer had found a clean festiva for even say 1500. 4500 is alot to keep in ones pocket for gas money.
