    I'm assuming you are being sarcastic considering all hp gainers and fuel mileage saver add-ons are snakeoil items....from what I have been told.

      HEY now! It must be good and wiil do as advertised it was Japanese engineered!
      But it was only tested on 100 vehicles. Festivas might not be one of the magic 100. So knowing that you may be taking a risk that it would even work on your car.
      But hey if you wanna play guinea pig for the rest of us.. By all means Have fun!

            My friend bought one of those 'ebay chips'. He paid $200 for it, I told him it was just a resistor in a box, and he flipped out. I opened it, sure enough, just a resistor in a box.

                  hey I have a tornado. I saw huge gains in power and upgraded mpg. I have no proof of this but its true

                    i had a tornado in my 93 eclipse a few years ago...... until one of the little fins broke off and ended up in the #3 cylinder and blew my engine......... stupid stupid little things.
                    blue flake 89L shaved hatch, Lowered, BP swap in progress, bobtail bumper, 5spd tranny, acura 5 spoke 15" wheels and fiberglass dash

                          Popular mechanics did a test on all these things a couple of years ago, Almost all of them decreased fuek economy, go figure....
