  • Pulse Spark Plugs

Someone on the Storm forums came across these a while back, and I thought I would pass it on over here.

I think they are garbage... Just another guy making a "too good to be true" rice item.

I bet he has make money though.

    Nice link...interesting...to bad it's a gimmick!

The technology in a spark plug is in preventing it from wearing out. In a plug...there is nothing you can do to add energy...the only thing you can do is prevent energy losses.

Any two plugs, both new, side by side....no difference.
This is why Champions or Autolites, change in a reasonable amount of time, is all any car will ever need.

If you want to increase the performance of a plug....change everything in the ignition system except the plugs.

What you mean these won't work!?! Could have told me before I sent them my $$$. JK
I tried the Splitfires in one of my Mustangs and in the Festiva, didn't notice any difference.
Back in the 90s Bosch Platinum's had a problem in some Fords.
They would have a miss while cruising at highway steady speeds.
I had two friend with the same problem and one of them was told by a well known tune-up shop that they had seen several Fords have problems with the Bosch Platinum's. But that was 10+ years ago, I'm sure they got that fixed by now.
Since then I have never put them in my cars.

The ads for the splitfires and other multiple ground plugs always show the spark splitting and going to all of them when in reality it is always going to only go to one spot. The path of least resistance. They are such a waste of money.
