when i update my picture, its puposed to be only 13K in size, and why is everyone elses so clear? someone please help!

For others, here is a step by step way to do this:
go to www.imageshack.us and upload the picture from your computer.
before you hit "host it", check the box for resize image and use the 'avatar 100x75' selection.
click "host it!"
at the bottom is direct link to image and copy that (mine was http://img364.imageshack.us/img364/3...c035989ga9.jpg) into the profile page at the bottom "Link to off-site Avatar::" and submit
took me a while to figure this out, hope it helps
