  • Wow... expensive small sensor pieces for carb festiva!

    I just happened to curious how cost small MAP sensor for 88-89 carb festiva in www.rockauto.com catalog it turns out it was so expensive than I thought it!

    use a GM map sensor... new, they are about $30.00 USD
    Trees aren't kind to me...

    currently: 2 88Ls (Scrappy and Jersey), 88LX, 90L(Pepe), 91L, 91GL (Skippy) 93 GL Sport (the Mighty Favakk), 94 (Bruce) & 95 Aspire SEs, 97 Aspire (The Joker),
    94 Justy 4WD, 87 Fiero GT, plus 2 parts cars. That's my fleet.

      ^ Yeah but seem it dont make sense why overpriced those MAP sensors while you can get very cheap like 2's dollar from junkyard...

        Because they are used and might not work. JY might not take them back if they don't.

          I feel better about mine now. Brand new off Ebay for 90 bucks. Don't remember if it was autozone or advance, but one of them was almost $400. :shock: :shock:
